Kyle Layton is a the owner and founder of Meraki Drafting and Design. He has a diverse background in urban planning, zoning, and building inspection. With  experience as the Planning and Zoning Director of a small town, he played a pivotal role in shaping the community's development landscape, ensuring sustainable growth, and enhancing the quality of life for its residents.

Kyle is also a licensed Building Inspector, where his meticulous attention to detail and in-depth knowledge of building codes and the permitting process ensured the safety and compliance of construction projects. His expertise extended to guiding stakeholders through the complex permitting procedures, streamlining the approval process, and facilitating efficient project commencement.

Additionally, Kyle's decade-long experience in residential drafting honed his ability to transform architectural visions into tangible blueprints, further enhancing his capacity to provide valuable insights during the permitting stage.
